The organic California Love cake

Made with a fresh raw coconut meat, inserted with a raspberry dome, smooth marble mousse made out hemp, pistachio, vanilla pods from Reunion Island and topped with another layer of cacao butter (white chocolate) ganache for a perfect balance.

Tips

For neat cut:

To obtain neat slices; once your cake is received freeze for 20 minutes. This will insure that the cake is firm enough before slicing. Then take the cake out and slice as you wish.

Shelf Life

Consume within 6 days, in the fridge. Suitable for home freezing. ( up to 1 months)
